Volunteer, raise funds, and help them any way you can!

Disrupt Education by Peter Hostrawser.
Gabriela Nguena Jones is the CEO and Founder of Teens Tutor Teens. She aims to help youth regain the skills and confidence to excel in the classroom. Gabriela believes that the face of the job industry is changing to be a more competitive environment requiring advanced degrees, prior experience, and connections to succeed. This is why she has garnered a passion to aid youth in obtaining a strong educational and business background to give them a chance to enter that competitive market. Her initial experiences in managing non-profits comes from leadership roles such as being the youngest inducted member for Global Giving’s Leadership Council at the age of 17. Gabriela, an Ingram Scholar at Vanderbilt, has taken her previous accumulation of business and entrepreneurship into her franchises across the United States. She hopes to continue growing the organization and seek more opportunities for the students and tutor in the organization. 3 Teens Who Are Changing the World Article By Mei Mei Fox

Fall 2021: Diversity and Inclusion Workshop
At Teens Tutor Teens, one of the last things we have to worry about is gender pay inequality because no one is getting paid. Haha, all jokes aside. Teens Tutor Teens' last survey revealed that diversity is integrated well within our programs with over 70% women and over 70% minorities as tutors in our program. We want to make sure we are matching a population to those who we tutor, and learn more about our differences to find and bridge similarities in education. Diversity is important, but inclusion is integral. Hosted by: Sumana Hiremath and Gabby Jones Summer 2023: At Teens Tutor Teens, we believe in providing youth with a platform to discuss topics that genuinely matter. Our theme for this TEDx event, “Mobilizing Our Youth,” was inspired by this mission. This event was designed to empower and mobilize the next generation of leaders. We hope these discussions inspire individuals to continue being changemakers beyond the virtual walls of TTT.
